Sourcing Music on the Internet Firstly, please encourage pupils when making their Geogdoc to use copyright free music. It will be tempting for them to use MP3 tracks they may have downloaded but legally these can not be published on the web. I suggest the following sites for MP3’s. Due to the nature of some of this music I would suggest as a teacher you download a random sample that you trust and then copy in to your school network so pupils can access it to create their movie. This should also reduce the time that pupils spent searching the internet for music. I am currently trying to get permission to create a zip file of music that is legal to use but that is ongoing, but will hopefully work out. The websites I suggest you use for music are: http://www.freeplaymusic.com/ Sourcing Images on the Internet Same rules apply as above. Ideally it would be a good for pupils to record their own footage or take their own pictures, but this is obviously not always possible. The websites I suggest you use for images are: http://www.flickr.com/
